Module Reflection Statement

I appreciated reviewing the innovation adoption and change curve. It outlined in very concise terms what I already had already observed but had not yet needed or been required to articulate. In addition I will start to look at these people and challenges in a strategic manor in an effort to see through my digital transformation project and facilitate our users journey through the change curve.
