This badge is awarded to participants in the Winter 2026 Teaching and Learning Day conference for building connections and enhancing learning engagement in the digital classroom.

Criteria

The recipient has demonstrated the following:
1. Attended the day’s events on February 24, 2026;
2. submitted a reflection (100-200 words) on a vital takeaway message from Nicole Johnson’s keynote session;
3. submitted a reflection (100-200 words) on a takeaway from the student panel; and
3. submitted a reflection (100-200 words) on learnings from a workshop and its impact on their strategies for building connections and/or enhancing learning engagement in the digital classroom.
