Contribution recognized

The contributor coordinates HRM action, cooperation, and dispute-resolution pathways through a situated workplace or civic/community contribution that produces a usable output for another person’s planning, coordination, decision, or action.

Learning Goal

  • LG027 — Learners will develop their ability to coordinate HRM action, cooperation, and dispute-resolution pathways to support responsible management follow-up.

Learning Outcomes

  1. LO079 — Upon completion, the learner will be able to identify interests, constraints, confidentiality needs, compliance considerations, labour-management considerations, or dispute-resolution needs in an HRM action context.
  2. LO080 — Upon completion, the learner will be able to prepare clear and respectful communication about an HRM, people management, compliance, cooperation, or dispute-resolution concern.
  3. LO081 — Upon completion, the learner will be able to summarize an appropriate next step, escalation path, referral, stakeholder alignment action, or dispute-resolution pathway.

AE003 — Project Documentation

Evidentiary purpose: Makes the contributor’s situated role and use of LO079, LO080, LO081 visible through a naturally occurring project documentation.

Minimum characteristics: - A genuine workplace or civic/community context. - An attributable contributor role. - A usable output aligned to the selected Learning Outcomes. - Sufficient context for AC001 and AC002 validation.

A workplace HRM action plan, stakeholder alignment tracker, compliance follow-up tracker, health and safety follow-up tracker, cooperation improvement plan, labour-management issue tracker, dispute-resolution pathway, escalation note, role clarification tracker, performance support tracker, or people management action register supporting responsible next steps.

Pass (P): The STARR Reflection is complete, situated, and attributable. It addresses Situation: The contributor identifies a workplace or civic/community setting where an HRM, people management, performance, cooperation, compliance, confidentiality, labour-management, dispute-resolution, or escalation concern needed responsible coordination or communication.; Task: The contributor explains the communication need, stakeholder audience, interests, constraints, confidentiality requirement, compliance consideration, labour-management consideration, dispute-resolution need, escalation need, or alignment objective.; Action: The contributor describes how they identified interests, constraints, confidentiality needs, compliance considerations, labour-management considerations, or dispute-resolution needs; prepared clear and respectful communication; and summarized an appropriate next step, escalation path, referral, stakeholder alignment action, or dispute-resolution pathway.; Result: The contributor describes the stakeholder clarification, escalation, referral, role alignment, cooperation support, compliance support, confidentiality protection, labour-management support, dispute-resolution support, responsible next step, or management action that resulted from the contribution.; Relevance: The contributor explicitly connects the reflection to LG027, LO079–LO081, and the Training Unit-Level KSBs S002, S004, S008, S014, B001, B002, B005, and B006. AC002 — Contribution Witness Statement

Redo (R): The Contribution Witness Statement is absent, unattributable, provided by a person unable to confirm the contribution context, or does not sufficiently confirm the contributor’s role, situated contribution, relationship to LO079, LO080, LO081, and claimed KSB alignment.

Pass (P): An identifiable and contextually appropriate witness provides a credible statement that addresses Context Confirmation: The witness confirms the contributor participated in a workplace or civic/community context requiring responsible communication or coordination about HRM, people management, performance, cooperation, compliance, confidentiality, labour-management, dispute-resolution, or escalation matters.; Contribution Confirmation: The witness confirms the contributor contributed to preparing, delivering, documenting, clarifying, coordinating, escalating, referring, or supporting responsible communication, stakeholder alignment, or dispute-resolution pathways.; LO Confirmation: The witness confirms the contribution reasonably relates to identifying interests/constraints/confidentiality/compliance/labour-management/dispute-resolution considerations, preparing respectful communication, and summarizing next steps or escalation.; KSB Confirmation: The witness confirms the contribution supports developmental alignment to S002, S004, S008, S014, B001, B002, B005, or B006 and does not contradict the claimed alignment.; Credibility: The witness is identifiable and has sufficient relationship to the contribution context to confirm the evidence.

Completion requirement

Both AC001 and AC002 must achieve Pass (P). A Redo (R) on either component returns the Training Item for revision. Distinction is not available at Training Item level.

1. STARR Reflection Statement A structured, first-person account that addresses all Learning Outcomes (LIs) and related Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) through a real experience.

2. Contribution Witness Statement An endorsement from someone who directly observed or received the written product. Please provide:
