This Training Unit develops legal and compliance awareness for management contribution in Canadian business and civic/community contexts. Participants demonstrate the ability to identify legal, regulatory, contractual, governance, risk, and ethical implications that may affect management action, stakeholder communication, organizational responsibility, and decision support.
