Although I am very familar with the Quebec RAC/RPL college-level processes/system, this reminded me of what expertise there is in Quebec and how every RPL process/system across Canada and around the world has the same main elements and flow. Also, for an RPL service to succeed for students/clients/candidates, there needs to be sufficient resources provided from instituations/governments. The "advisor" is key in faciltating the person's jouney through any RPL process.

This recommited me to develping collaborations and synergies with diverse organizations that use RPL. We do not need to continually reinvent the wheel; we just need to reach out to each other to share our expertise and support each other.
