1.1 Identify basic communication practices to convey information clearly and effectively as a manager. 1.2 Create and compose business communications that effectively convey information, using appropriate tone, formatting, and concise language. 1.3 Apply active listening and response strategies to promote empathetic communication and foster positive relationships within the workplace 1.4 Evaluate and deliver constructive feedback that includes specific examples, actionable suggestions, and a supportive tone, to nurture growth and improvement in others.
