Dx Leaders have a clear, actionable, and compelling roadmap towards the future. They understand how to document an aspirational and, at times, challenging goal that colleagues and students will strive to meet. A visionary leader does not always need to revolutionize the current state but can take methodical steps to lead an evolution of thinking, content, and pedagogy. A visionary leader understands that there are different motivators that influence stakeholders to commit to an idea and adjust their presentations accordingly.

Criteria
The Dx Visionary Badge Recipient – I have:
- Identified the importance and significance that Digital Transformation (Dx) can have in Post Secondary Education (PSE) institutions.
- Explored what digital transformation can mean, particularly in terms of leadership.
- Examined what transformational leadership looks like, and how you can use it to lead change in your own teaching and learning setting.
- Identified your transformative leadership behavior.
- Explored requirements for developing a transformational leadership approach.
