Learning Competencies:
By the end of this training, learners will be able to: demonstrate a foundational understanding of leadership principles, develop enhanced self-awareness and emotional intelligence, apply various leadership styles effectively, and acquire the skills to drive positive change in the workplace.
Success Criteria:
The assessment for this microcredential will require learners to demonstrate the ability to:
- identify fundamental concepts of leadership, including its definition, key principles, and its role in organizational success.
- demonstrate self-awareness and emotional intelligence to successfully navigate interpersonal relationships within an organization.
- evaluate various leadership styles and be able to apply them in different situations for optimal outcomes.
- develop strategies on how to leverage power and influence to drive positive change within their organization.
