Criteria

The "Introduction to Mindfulness" course is an evidence-based program designed to teach practical tools for reducing stress, improving focus, and enhancing self-awareness. The program runs for four weeks, and classes are 75 minutes in length. The badge recipient successfully completed this course, utilizing mindfulness and meditation techniques for stress relief, as well as strategies to boost focus and emotional resilience. They have developed essential skills to navigate the unique challenges of student life and have laid a strong foundation for building their professional identity.

Earning Criteria:

Attendance & Participation

  • Attend at least 75% of all group sessions

  • Complete a minimum of 5-30 minutes of daily meditation practice, tracked via a journal or app
  • Daily mindfulness activity and gratitude practice
  • Submit a personal reflection log or mindfulness journal
