  • Understand the role that effective feedback plays in helping teams grow and develop
  • Understand the components of constructive feedback
  • Learn to give effective feedback using the O-I-A method (Observable behaviour, Impact and Action)
  • Understand the importance of using objective, non-judgemental language when giving feedback
  • Understand the importance of being open to receiving feedback

Assessment

This is a self-paced course with several checkpoints for formative assessment. It concludes with a final knowledge check. Responses are automatically assessed. Multiple attempts are permitted.
