This intensive, five-day certificate, will give you the tips and strategies you need to address some of the most challenging and complex situations that can negatively impact your contract management process.

Criteria

What You’ll Learn

  1. Identifying potential risks and how to control them in maximally cost-effective ways

  2. Recognizing all of the pre-contract considerations that affect contract management – what you need to look out for

  3. Evaluating contract performance

  4. Handling changes to contract including amendments and changes in circumstances

  5. Monitoring implementation of the contract and remedy performance issues

  6. Ensuring everyone is on the same page: Alignment and governance of the internal legal, commercial, procurement, technical and administration teams

Assessment Criteria

In order to obtain the Certificate, the learner must:

  1. complete/attend all modules; and
  2. successfully complete an online assessment, obtaining at least 80%.

Estimated learning effort

Approximately 35 hours of learning effort, spread over multiple weeks.
