Learners awarded this badge have demonstrated the ability to:

1. Apply foundational advertising concepts to analyze real-world campaigns and evaluate creative strategies that align with audience segmentation and brand identity.
2. Collaborate effectively within diverse, interdisciplinary teams to develop inclusive and culturally relevant advertising solutions using co-creation techniques and industry-standard workflows.
3. Present advertising concepts and assets using professional-level communication, storytelling, and feedback integration to refine and pitch ideas to stakeholders.


To earn this badge, participants must:

1. Attend and actively participate in all four (4) program sessions.
2. Complete four structured activities including:
- A creative brief analysis
- A collaborative concept development sprint
- A presentation of a group advertising campaign
- Peer critique and feedback reflection exercise
3. Submit a portfolio that includes:
- A written reflection linking program learning to industry practices
- A final project or campaign deck showcasing team contributions
4. Undergo a final review and validation by the program facilitator confirming demonstrated competence across all criteria.
