The education system continues to evolve and more demands are being placed on you, as an Education Professional. It is increasingly important that you stay on top of the latest legal issues, ensure you understand the law that guides your actions and have a good understanding of risk management and best practices strategies. The Osgoode Certificate in Education Law will take your education law knowledge to the next level. The curriculum of the Certificate was designed to ensure key areas to an overall comprehensive understanding in education law are mandatory requirements, with the opportunity to supplement with other programs of interest. The modular design allows for some customization of your learning pathway and provides a 2-year timeframe to complete the requirements.

What You’ll Learn

Assessment Criteria

In order to obtain the Certificate, the learner must:

  1. complete/attend all modules.

Estimated learning effort

Approximately 35 hours of learning effort, spread over multiple weeks.
