To earn this badge, learners must:

✅ Complete all five modules of the Safety & Compliance Basics course ✅ Achieve a minimum passing grade of 50% on all module quizzes and the final assessment ✅ Demonstrate understanding of: - OHS principles and worker/employer responsibilities - Identification and safe handling of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead, mold) - Application of the hierarchy of controls and PPE selection - Development of site safety plans including emergency preparedness and occupant protection - Interpretation of building codes and energy standards relevant to retrofitting - Documentation and compliance strategies for regulated activities
