The Student Advisory Committee is a joint effort between both students and Academic Accommodation Support (AAS) staff to advise and inform on matters relating to the office of AAS, including the enhancement of the disability service model to and for students.

Criteria
Disability Justice Ambassadors are expected to:
- Be a member of the AAS Student Advisory Committee (SAC).
- Attend one (1) mandatory SAC meeting every month in both the Fall and Winter semesters (approximately 1 hour).
- Attend at least one additional SAC working group meeting per month to connect, collaborate and organize group projects.
- Engage and attend at least one SAC working group event per semester.
- Co-lead a SAC working group each year based on personal interest.
