Courses

- MSS01 Management Foundation: This course introduces the key principles of management. Learners will examine different management styles and identify their own style. Core values, beliefs, and ethics will also be examined.

- MSS02 Management and Communication: This course helps managers and supervisors strengthen leadership by mastering clear communication, active listening, and motivational strategies. Learn to lead efficient meetings, inspire teams, and foster a productive, engaged workplace.

- MSS17 Leadership and Managing Change: This course helps managers and supervisors lead and manage workplace change. Learn methods of addressing employees’ emotions as you manage the change process, how to apply steps to communicating change to employees, and how to deal with employee resistance.
