For Employers:

  • Indicates you hired or may hire a young person with proven work experience and demonstrated key workplace skills.
  • Participation highlights your commitment to training, inclusion and development of Alberta's current and future workforce.


For Youth:

  • Validation of work experience and key workplace skills.
  • Ability to showcase their Ready2Work digital badge on social media profiles, digital résumés, portfolios, email signatures and digital wallets.
