• Describe benefits of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at the team and organizational level. • Identify areas where diversity, equity, inclusion and/or belonging are lacking in the team(s) they lead. • Connect concepts of psychological safety to DEIB. • Define an action plan for address DEIB shortfalls within the team(s) they lead. • Develop and implement action plans that bring others on board to well-designed diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
