The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a 7-month, nomination-based program that provides development opportunities to Black federal public service executives at the EX-01 to EX-03 levels. It provides a unique opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of government decision-making and advance the development of their key leadership skills while at the same time unpacking their lived experience in a trusted and well-integrated community of peers to identify tools, skills and mindsets to thrive as federal public service leaders.

Participants will interact with senior federal public service leaders as well as leaders from other sectors. They will learn about Canada's domestic and global challenges as well as other key topics. The program will help them develop leadership skills, understand Canada's changing needs, and improve their ability to serve Canadians both now and in the future.
