Project Management Fundamentals Micro credential

Project Management is a fundamental skill in today's workplace. Learners gained an understanding of fundamental project management principles, considerations for planning, and the skill of formulating realistic and manageable project objectives. Learners explored ways of keeping projects on track and how to manage information using Microsoft Project and develop Gantt charts, employee calendars, progress reports, and schedules.
