Program Overview The Level Up Lab: Community Innovation Bootcamp is a three-day immersive experience designed for arts, social science, and business students at Huron University supported by the Royal Bank of Canada Foundation. Students work in multidisciplinary teams to solve real-world challenges for local not-for-profit organizations while applying innovation and human-centered design methodologies.

As a participant in the Level Up Lab: Community Innovation Bootcamp, the badge earner applied innovation principles and human-centered design methodologies to investigate and address organizational challenges faced by a local not-for-profit organization. Through collaborative problem-solving activities, the badge earner researched user needs, generated insights, developed and refined solutions, and presented recommendations designed to create meaningful social impact.
