Learning Competencies: 

By the end of this training, learners will be able to: demonstrate a foundational understanding of key aspects of organizational behaviour, culture, structure, and change management to effectively contribute to, and navigate within, an organization as a new manager.

Success Criteria:

The assessment for this microcredential will require learners to demonstrate the ability to: 

1.1 Define the concepts of culture and climate within an organization and describe their impact on employee behaviour and organizational dynamics. 1.2 Describe the significance of motivation in influencing the behaviour of individuals and groups within an organizational context, recognizing its role in driving performance and change. 1.3 Analyze an organization's mission, vision, values, and goals examining their role in guiding decision-making and shaping organizational culture. 1.4 Design and develop effective strategies for fostering an inclusive work environment promoting employee engagement and enhancing organizational success.
