By the end of this training, learners will be able to: demonstrate the main functions of managing human resources, navigate effective hiring practices and facilitate meaningful employee development strategies within legal frameworks of the workplace.
The assessment for this microcredential will require learners to demonstrate the ability to:
• Outline key aspects of HR management, including purpose, functions, planning, and the role of an HR manager. • Analyse selection and recruitment methods for employee hiring. • Identify orientation practices, training, development, and supportive measures to foster individual growth. • Interpret the legal framework for managers to uphold employer-employee rights and responsibilities.
