The recipient of this microcredential has demonstrated the ability to:

  • Customize picklists to meet specific business requirements.
  • Utilize Leads and Campaigns according to predetermined marketing strategies.
  • Manage Leads and Opportunities to support an effective sales process.
  • Configure price books to support a sales team selling products.
  • Download and use Dataloader from the AppExchange.
  • Find and implement an AppExchange App to improve Salesforce's functionality.
  • Manage Users, Profiles, and Roles to ensure proper access to Salesforce organizations, objects, fields, and records.

By providing:

A final assignment in which students will complete a set of case studies that require them to customize and implement Salesforce functionality to meet the needs of a marketing and sales department.
