Configure price books to support a sales team selling products.
Download and use Dataloader from the AppExchange.
Find and implement an AppExchange App to improve Salesforce's functionality.
Manage Users, Profiles, and Roles to ensure proper access to Salesforce organizations, objects, fields, and records.

By providing:

A final assignment in which students will complete a set of case studies that require them to customize and implement Salesforce functionality to meet the needs of a marketing and sales department.
