The recipient has demonstrated

• active participation in Teaching and Learning Day—Fall 2026
• consideration of the ideas, strategies or experiences presented during the conference and how they relate to one's teaching and learning practice
• application of these ideas into program/courses and one’s teaching

by submitting a reflection based on these prompts:

1. Describe the three breakout sessions you attended and how you behaved as an “engineer” of your own learning during those sessions (100-200 words).
2. Explain why you think active learning is especially timely for today's students (100-150 words).
3. Share at least one example of how you will integrate active learning into your course or program (100-150 words).
