Criteria

The recipient of this microcredential has demonstrated the ability to:

  • Build custom functionality to make processes more efficient and seamless for the user.
  • Organize and input information into the platform for easy retrieval and analysis, through a solid understanding of data structures with objects, fields and relationships.
  • Import and export data to and from the Salesforce platform
  • Use Lightning Experience effectively to help visualize key business metrics in real-time (ex. revenue by province/product, deal stage, accounts per employee)

By providing:

A final assignment in which students will complete a case study. These are business scenarios that provide an opportunity to apply Salesforce skills to a business problem.
