OER Rangers are educators who advocate for and implement Open Educational Resources (OER) in their institutions, enhancing the educational landscape with accessible, adaptable, and freely available materials. They are leaders in fostering a culture of openness and sharing in education. An OER Ranger is adept at training colleagues, planning OER initiatives, and demonstrating the transformative impact of OER on learning.

  • Delivered two educational sessions on OER to my institution, promoting its benefits and adoption.
  • Contributed to the OER community by actively participating in discussions and providing insightful feedback.
  • Collaborated effectively with peers to expand the reach and impact of OER within the academic community.
  • Provided a reflection piece about the program, the role I see OER playing in the future of education and my own role within this subject.
