We’re Manitoba’s largest institute of applied learning and research, and take pride in preparing our students to become leaders in their fields.
In this reinforcing micro-credential, students will examine how to meaningfully integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) into their own teaching and learning environments. Through hands-on exploration and critical reflection, they will develop ethical, inclusive, and sustainable strategies for personalization, assessment, and student engagement. The course emphasizes responsible course-level GenAI use, including academic integrity, digital well-being, and Indigenous perspectives. Designed for educators across K–12, postsecondary, and training contexts, this course supports real-world application and reflection. By the end, students will create a personalized GenAI action plan to support thoughtful, student-centered innovation in their professional practice.
