Understanding Unconscious Bias

The learner has completed this eLearning module designed to build understanding of unconscious bias, mentorship, what it means to be a mentor, and the positive impacts mentorship has on workplace culture and the overall success of women in skilled trades.

Knowledge Activities and Application

This module includes several interactive learning activities that requires the learner to apply concepts and understanding to realistic workplace scenarios. Learners receive immediate feedback and takeaway resources.
