The demographics of today’s workforce means that effective leaders go beyond technical skills and strategic thinking and develop a deep understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). This foundational course is designed to introduce participants to the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging on an individual and organizational level and focuses on the core behavior of inclusive leaders: self-awareness.
