Criteria

The recipient of this badge has shown commitment to excellence in delivering services that support both internal clients and Canadians.

Their nomination recognizes their leadership potential, contributions to the digital community, and commitment to continued growth through mobility and development opportunities across the Government of Canada.

Nominees Criteria

Occupy an indeterminate substantive position at the EX minus one or EX-equivalent group and level.
Currently work, have previously worked, or are interested in working within the digital community (IT, IM, or Data), or work within the departmental security community.
Are open to interdepartmental mobility at this stage of their career.
Have the support of their manager or nominator.
Have been assessed using a Talent Map Placement or 9-box Talent Model.
