Criteria

Has proven proficiency in Affordable Housing Fundamentals by attending and participating in 12 hours of course delivery, participated in topical discussion, and completed a series of quizzes on the subject matter. The microcredential earner has been assessed through a reflective assignment on their perception of the challenges facing Canadian governments, non-profit and for-profit developers in addressing housing shortages as well as the current efforts' impacts. They have provided their vision of the role they play in addressing these issues.
