Criteria

This confirms the learner has successfully completed a blended learning path designed to build skills in diversity, equity, and inclusion to create an inclusive and high-performing team environment. This includes completion of training sessions, self-directed e-Learning and an applied problem-solving project.

Workplace Performance Project

The learner has successfully completed the Workplace Performance Project that includes hands-on experience with problem solving, project management, and effective teamwork. This includes collaborating with team members to identify a problem or opportunity within their organization and used problem solving methodology and tools to develop and execute a solution. This project demonstrates that the learner has gained the knowledge, tools, and confidence to manage future improvement opportunities.
