The holders of this certificate have successfully completed the 6-hour Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace workshop, which introduces the concepts of diversity and inclusion, and provides concrete tools to move this important work forward in the organization.

Scope of This Certification

This certification program provides a robust knowledge of the concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Learning Outcomes

Understand the important elements of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and how these are relevant in the context of the workplace
Discuss approaches to engage with diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging conversations in the workplace
Learn how to assess the maturity of an organization with regards to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
Identify how your intentions can be translated into meaningful action at the organization, team, and individual level

The Art of HR Certificate Program encompasses the management knowledge and skill set necessary to manage employees through the entire employee life cycle.
