Animate the Experience\n   - Engaging delivery with colourful voice and purposeful gestures \n   - Giving clear instructions to lead activities\n   - Leading effective and productive debriefs and discussions\n\n### Learning Activities\nEight hours of traditional or virtual classroom learning supported by expert Shift Coaches.
