This course is aligned with the Association of Change Management Professionals Standard for Change Management©. It provides an introduction to the fundamentals of change management concepts and processes, evaluation types and when to use them, roles and responsibilities within a change program, and how to build and tailor a change management strategy and plan to successfully drive value and decrease time to proficiency.

Key approaches and considerations in stakeholder engagement throughout the change initiative.\n\n7. Elements and differences between a change management strategy and change management plan.\n\n8. Methods to ensure the change initiative benefits and ROI are attained and sustained.\n\n \n#### *ACMP Standard Knowledge Domains*\n\nAn overview of the following ACMP Standard knowledge domains are covered in this course:  \n\n> 4.0 Change Management Concepts\n\n> 5.1 Evaluating Change Impact and Organizational Readiness\n\n> 5.2. Formulating the Change Management Strategy\n\n> 5.3. Developing Change Management Plan\n\n> 5.4 Execute the Change Management Plan\n\n\n#### *Course Structure & Assessment*\nThis course is an instructor-led virtual course, with 21 instructional hours. \n\nThis course includes a combination of self-assessments and facilitator-assessed activities. Upon conclusion of the course, participants are required to complete a final assessment with an achievement of 70% or higher as the final record of course completion.
