The Systems Thinking Bootcamp is designed to develop students’ ability to understand, analyze, and act within complex systems. Students move beyond surface-level problem solving to examine relationships, patterns, and dynamics that influence outcomes over time. Through active, team-based work, students map systems, generate insights, and identify meaningful leverage points for change. Building on this analysis, students develop and pitch an innovation idea grounded in their understanding of the system. Emphasis is placed on depth of thinking, iteration, and the ability to connect insight to action. Students are expected to engage fully in the process, contribute to their team, and communicate their thinking clearly and professionally.
