Participants enrolled in level 2 of the Specialized Educator Certificate in Long Term Care will revisit the framework for more in-depth training experience, including the opportunity to engage in hands-on implementation work.  Learners will practice supporting their team members through the e-Learning module: Team Essentials for Engaging Families in Distress.
