Essential Conversations

Essential conversations are where the stakes are high and it is no longer possible to “agree to disagree.” In this workshop participants explore a model for one-to-one essential conversations and a model for group essential conversations. They have an opportunity to plan and practice essential conversations and upon completion, leave with all the skills need to implement the critical skill of having essential conversations.
