Accelerating Change Through Leadership is a virtual instructor-led course with 7 instructional hours. How to effectively partner with and leverage support from a change practitioner, project manager, and other project team members. \n\n\n#### *ACMP Standard Knowledge Domains*\n\nAn overview of the following ACMP Standard knowledge domains are covered in this course:  \n\n\n> 4     Change Concepts  \n\n> 5.1  Evaluate Change Impact and Organizational Readiness \n\n> 5.2  Formulate the Change Management Strategy  \n\n> 5.3  Develop the Change Management Plan \n\n> 5.4  Execute the Change Management Plan \n\n> 5.5  Complete the Change Management Effort \n\n\n\n\n\n#### *Course Structure & Assessment*\n\nThe Accelerating Change Through Leadership course is a virtual instructor-led course with 7 instructional hours. \n\n\nThe instructional methods in this course accommodate different learning styles and the knowledge and skills participants bring with them. Learning objectives are defined at the start of each module with opportunities for reflection, questions & answers, and open dialogue regarding prior learning. \n \n\nThis course includes a combination of self-assessments and facilitator-assessed activities. Upon conclusion of the course, participants are required to complete a final assessment with an achievement of 70% or higher as the final record of course completion.
