The Executive Leadership Development Program for EX-04 to EX-05

The badge earner successfully completed the Executive Leadership Development Program for EX-04 to EX-05 level (ADM ELDP).

The ELDP is the Government of Canada’s leadership development program for executives who have been identified through the talent management process. The ELDP supports the development of dynamic, high-performing leaders to meet the current and future needs of the federal public service.

Through interactive and experiential learning, ELDP participants are challenged to broaden their perspectives on leadership by building greater self-awareness, fostering collaboration and exploring modern government in a rapidly changing world. Participants examine real-world issues and learn from subject-matter experts and senior leaders who share best practices and diverse experiences.

Participants graduate from the program with enhanced self-awareness, increased understanding of cultural connectedness, an expanded knowledge of Canada and the international context, and access to a diverse professional network of colleagues across the federal government.
