Criteria
The recipient:
- Creates a positive and psychologically safe work environment free from bias, racism, discrimination, harassment, and violence.
- Demonstrates efforts to remove barriers and advance accessibility, equity, diversity, and inclusion, while acting as an ally or advocate to raise awareness and influence others to engage in these principles.
- Proposes, implements activities and/or takes actions aimed at enhancing employee well-being and the work environment.
