The Leadership Development Program for Black Supervisors provides supervisors with valuable insights into their roles and accountabilities and how to grow as leaders in a rapidly evolving public service landscape. Participants will expand their knowledge of human-centred leadership principles and develop practical strategies for achieving results while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
