The Digital Executive Leadership Program (DELP) is designed for leaders at all levels of government who want to understand the challenges and opportunities for the public sector in the digital era. Led by experienced practitioners in public sector digital transformation, this program explores major digital trends and the implications and opportunities for governments. Topics that are explored during this intensive one-week program include: Design Thinking, Agile Methods, Policy Implications of New Technologies, Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Digital Strategy, Change Management, Effective Storytelling, and Managing and Leading Digital Teams.
