Awarded in recognition of the recipient’s commitment to interdepartmental digital talent development. This badge highlights their participation in the EXposition 2024–2025 cohort and their active role within a forward-looking community of digital leaders. Recipients are presented at digital talent management roundtables and may be considered for lateral or promotional mobility opportunities.
This initiative is led by the Digital Talent Management team within the Office of the Chief Information Officer at Treasury Board Secretariat, whose mission is to attract, develop, and retain top digital talent across the Government of Canada.

Criteria
The recipient of the badge has consistently demonstrated remarkable skills, showcasing their commitment to delivering services not only to internal clients, but also to the general public. They have exerted considerable influence in the field of digital talent and leadership, marked by their outstanding work in product and policy development, and their ability to innovate, adapt and collaborate with others.
Nominees Criteria
- They occupy a permanent substantive position at the group and level EX-01 to EX-03.
- They work/worked or wish to work in the digital community (IT, IM, Data) or work within the departmental security.
- They are ready to accept interdepartmental mobility at this stage of their career.
- They have the support of their manager or nominator.
- They are placed on a Talent Map Placement or a 9-box Talent Model.
